Job summary

Guardian Flight in Watford, ND is hiring a Flight Nurse to join a team of air transportation experts. You will transport patients to and from medical facilities and participate in scene calls, with a focus on safety and high-quality patient care. The schedule features 10 days on/20 days off, and base housing is provided during shifts.

The base salary ranges from $86,000 to $88,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will work with a professional crew dedicated to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as an RN.
• Current RN license in states served by the assigned area.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status; CFRN within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations to determine best action for patient care in critical settings.
• Maintain safe aircraft environment and equipment, and document compliance.
• Communicate with air/ground teams, dispatch, and partners; ensure shift handoffs.
