Job summary

This role requires 3+ years in emergency or adult critical care, active RN license for the states served, and CFRN certification within 24 months of hire. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments after training completes.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting.
• RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS requirements; NRP provided during training.
• CFRN certification required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Flight Nurses assess situations to determine best course of action for patient care.
• Utilize critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured patients and support physicians.
• Maintain safe aircraft environment, equipment checks, and safety compliance.
• Communicate professionally with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities.
• Share shift change details and maintain documentation and records.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
