Job summary

Guardian Flight in Watford, ND is hiring a Flight Nurse to join our team of air transport professionals. You will provide critical care during patient transfers and scene calls, ensuring safety and high-quality patient care on every flight.

The role requires RN licensure in states served, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP, CFRN within 24 months, and prior emergency or critical care experience. We offer a starting range of 86,000–88,000 USD annually, a $5,000 sign-on bonus in two installments after training, and

Qualifications

• Three years of Emergency or Adult Critical Care nursing as an RN.
• Current RN license for states served by the assigned area.
• EMT Certification & Trauma Certification where required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status; CFRN within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in critical care to determine the best transport actions.
• Manage critically ill or injured patients per physician orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean aircraft environment with regular equipment checks and documentation.
• Coordinate with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews and facilities.
