gategroup is seeking a Transportation Supervisor for our flight kitchen operations at Miami International Airport. You will supervise drivers and assistants, coordinate daily flight assignments, and ensure timely dock departures while upholding safety and compliance with airline and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer someone with a college degree.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and driver assistants and assign daily flights.
• Coordinate team assignments to flights and monitor dock departures.
• Ensure safety procedures, badging requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Verify aircraft catering alignments with airline diagrams and service requirements.
• Coordinate with management to improve unit performance and handle late flights or equipment changes.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and security of galleys and transport vehicles.
