You will act as the central hub for transportation, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time performance across our airline catering and events teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dispatching, transportation, logistics, or similar fast-paced operation.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication with drivers, airline reps, airport personnel, and internal departments.
• Capable of decision-making and problem-solving in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation activities among facilities, vendors, airline clients, and the airport.
• Plan and communicate vehicle movements to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor flight arrivals, departures, and updates, responding to disruptions.
• Supervise drivers and helpers, including scheduling and documentation.
• Serve as central contact for incoming calls and operational information.
• Ensure flights are dispatched on schedule and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain transportation databases and update operational reports.
