Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in scheduling, operations, logistics, dispatch, or time-critical coordination.
• Basic understanding of shift work and scheduling concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Ability to learn crew scheduling systems (RAIDO or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Open scheduling operations using the crew scheduling shift checklist.
• Monitor RAIDO to ensure duty time limits and training qualifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 117 and Part 121 rest requirements.
• Enter and edit crewmember changes in RAIDO daily.
• Coordinate with on-duty Dispatcher to track crews.
• Ensure training records are complete before scheduling duty.
• Monitor daily operations crew legalities and rest requirements.
• Coordinate crew travel, hotel, and car rental arrangements as needed.
• Maintain familiarity with crew member reports and airline procedures.
• Ensure readiness for operational control functions in scheduling.
