Responsibilities include daily crew assignments, 24/7 issue resolution, and CMS transaction handling. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to work under pressure, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to convey information verbally and in writing.
• Good computer knowledge and strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign all open flying to qualified inflight crew per regs and policies.
• 24-hour communications center for flight attendant scheduling and issues.
• Monitor crew legalities, communicate changes, reassign crew, and process CMS transactions.
• Must work in-person in a 24/7 operational environment.
