Job summary

Alpine Air is seeking a Crew Scheduler at the Provo, UT site to organize flight and ground crew schedules for 24-hour cargo operations across the United States. The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires coordination with multiple departments to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have aviation experience and proven crew scheduling skills, with strong Excel and ATC software capabilities, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Aviation experience preferred.
• Proven experience in crew scheduling or similar role.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong Excel and ATC software skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage flight and ground crew schedules.
• Coordinate crew availability for charter/ad-hoc routes.
• Ensure all flights are staffed in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor crew schedules to maximize productivity.
• Communicate schedule details with crew members.
• Track and manage crew qualifications and training requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to address scheduling issues.
• Respond to operational disruptions and reschedule crew as needed.
• Observe safety and FAA regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
