Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a Concierge to deliver timely, accurate information to clients and uphold Jet Linx Standards, serving as the on-site base representative from booking through post-flight follow-up and invoicing.

The role involves managing client trips, maintaining accounts, coordinating with Flight Operations, handling complaints, and ensuring consistent on-site attendance with a focus on confidentiality and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in an aviation service role.
• 2+ years professional customer service experience required.
• Aviation industry experience or interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arrivals and departures at the base following service standards.
• Plan and manage active client trips.
• Maintain client accounts and preferences in company systems.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations to meet service standards.
• Communicate and resolve client complaints, escalate when needed.
• Provide on-site concierge duties and ensure attendance.
