Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a Concierge to deliver timely and accurate information to clients and uphold Jet Linx Standards. This onsite role serves as the base representative from booking to post-flight follow-up and invoicing.

You will greet arrivals, manage trips, maintain client accounts, coordinate with Flight Operations, and resolve service issues while upholding company values. Flexibility for non-standard hours is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in aviation service.
• 2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Aviation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arrivals and departures at the assigned base following Jet Linx Service Standards.
• Plan and manage active trips for clients following Jet Linx Service Standards.
• Maintain client accounts, preferences, and expectations using company systems.
• Coordinate with Flight Operation Departments to ensure Service Standards are met.
• Proactively communicate, document, and resolve complaints; escalate as necessary.
• Provide internal and external follow-up to resolve service failures.
• Perform Concierge base duties as needed.
