Job summary

dnata Catering is seeking a Flight Coordinator to ensure meals, beverages and equipment meet airline specifications before loading. You will collaborate with airline account teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment, while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of customer service experience, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain necessary badges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of progressive customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Must have driver’s license.
• Badge eligibility for Port Authority, TSA and CBP is required.
• Must read and write in English.
• Flexibility with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer menu specifications, equipment requirements, and service standards are accurately executed prior to aircraft loading.
• Coordinate with airline account management, production, and dispatch to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Comply with HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and safety policies.
