Job summary

gategroup is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to align meal counts with daily flight schedules. You will coordinate with onboard service crews, review flights, and handle calls, logs, and paperwork while ensuring timely communication of meal requirements and passenger counts.

The role requires reading and writing proficiency, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to multitask in a busy airport environment. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to one year of experience preferred.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must be able to read and write to complete required forms.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates meal counts with customer counts for each day’s flights.
• Reviews assigned flights with the customers’ onboard service crew.
• May check flight inside the unit for the flight being reviewed on the field if required.
• Handles calls, logs, paperwork, and communicates problems and delays.
• Communicates with onboard service staff about flight components, passenger counts, and meal needs.
