Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of Flight Attendant experience.
• FAA Certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Flight Attendant training material and FAA-approved programs to PSA Airlines Flight Attendants and New Hire students.
• Prepare for instruction sessions by acquiring comprehensive knowledge in the area of instruction.
• Deliver material in a clear, logical, and organized manner using applicable methods and aids.
• Coach and evaluate Flight Attendants to ensure performance standards are met.
• Adhere to training policies and complete administrative duties timely.
