PSA Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Ground Training Instructor in Charlotte, NC to be responsible for all ground training modules and recurrent training. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of flight instruction experience, a high school diploma, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
The role involves developing courseware, ensuring compliance with training standards, and effectively communicating with students during training sessions. Join our team to help shape the operational readiness of our pilots.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
