Job summary

Lead the IPT, manage risks, coordinate with engineering, program management and flight/test teams to deliver tactical software and hardware products on schedule. Requires active Secret clearance and US citizenship; advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field; 14 years experience, or 12 years with master’s, or 10 years with PhD.
• Active US Government Secret Clearance is required; ability to obtain SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Algorithm IPT, guiding technical solutions and risk mitigation for high-visibility work.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, software, hardware, and mission assurance.
• Prepare and deliver program updates, design reviews, and risk discussions to executive leadership.
