What Youll Do (and Love):

• Lead Life-Changing Stretch Sessions: Deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretches using proven techniques that help clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and unlock their bodys full potential.
• Become a Trusted Expert: Share your knowledge of anatomy, mobility, and functional movement to empower clients to move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.
• Build Meaningful Client Relationships: Create connections with clients that go beyond the session, making them feel valued, supported, and motivated to return.
• Represent the StretchLab Brand: Be an ambassador for StretchLab, working with the sales team to turn first-time visitors into loyal members who trust you for their wellness journey.
• Keep Learning & Growing: Stay at the top of your game with ongoing training, professional development, and collaboration with a team of like-minded wellness professionals.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

You're more than a coach you're a movement expert with a deep passion for wellness. Whether you're guiding a client through their first stretch or helping them overcome chronic pain, you bring energy, empathy, and expertise to every session. You're ready to help clients improve their mobility and take their health to the next level.

You Must Have One of the Following:

• A degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field.
• A current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF.
• A professional license as: Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer.
• A credential in: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with human anatomy training.

Bonus Qualifications:

• CPR/AED Certified (or willing to get certified).
• 1+ year of experience working hands-on with clients in fitness, therapy, or wellness.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and functional movement.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• A passion for wellness and a commitment to making a difference.
