What Youll Do (and Love)

• Lead Life-Changing Stretch Sessions Use proven techniques to deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretches that help clients feel their best and move with confidence.
• Be a Trusted Expert Empower and educate clients on mobility, recovery, posture, and performance. Your expertise in anatomy makes you their go-to guide.
• Build Relationships That Matter Make every client feel seen, supported, and motivated to return because your personal touch makes all the difference.
• Champion the Brand Be an ambassador for StretchLab, collaborate with the sales team, and help turn first-time visitors into loyal members.
• Keep Growing and Evolving Stay sharp with ongoing education, team trainings, and hands-on experience in a collaborative, high-energy studio.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Youre more than just a coach youre a movement expert who’s passionate about wellness. You bring the knowledge, motivation, and empathy to meet clients where they are and help them reach their goals.

Required Qualifications (One of the Following)

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field
• A current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
• A professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
• A credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with human anatomy training

Bonus Points For

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience with clients in fitness, therapy, or wellness
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and functional movement
• Excellent communication skills and natural rapport‑building ability
• A team player attitude with a positive, professional presenceReadiness to work hard and have fun doing it
