Job summary

StretchLab Wayne is seeking certified movement professionals to lead one-on-one assisted stretching sessions that improve mobility and quality of life. You will educate clients on recovery, posture, mobility, and performance, drawing on your anatomy knowledge to become a go-to resource.

Qualifications

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement or related field.
• Current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF.
• License as Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer.
• Credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance, with human anatomy training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized, one-on-one stretches using proven techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate clients on recovery, posture, mobility, and performance with anatomy knowledge.
• Build meaningful client relationships with energy, empathy, and professionalism.
• Be a brand ambassador by welcoming new clients and representing StretchLab Wayne.

What Youll Do (and Love)

Lead Life-Changing Stretch Sessions: Deliver customized, one-on-one assisted stretches using proven techniques that improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Be a Trusted Expert: Educate clients on recovery, posture, mobility, and performance. Your deep understanding of anatomy makes you a go-to resource.

Build Meaningful Client Relationships: Connect on a personal level. Your energy, empathy, and professionalism keep clients coming back.

Be a Brand Ambassador: Partner with the sales team, help new clients feel welcome, and represent StretchLab Wayne with pride.

Grow and Evolve: Participate in ongoing education, studio trainings, and hands-on learning in a high-energy, team-first environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You're more than a traineryoure a movement specialist who lives and breathes health and wellness. Youre energized by helping others and motivated by making an impact.

You must have at least one of the following

A degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field

A current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

A license as a: Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

A credential in: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance, with human anatomy training

Bonus Qualifications

CPR/AED Certified (or willing to get certified)

1+ year experience working hands-on with clients in fitness, therapy, or wellness

Strong understanding of human anatomy and functional movement

Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder

Team player with a positive, professional vibe

Motivated, coachable, and ready to hustlewith a smile
