Job summary

RRD Company in Minnesota is seeking a Press Operator 2 for our flexographic press on a 12-hour rotating night shift. You will set up, adjust, operate and maintain the press to meet quality specifications and production schedules.

The role offers a Pitman schedule with a $3/hour differential, ample time off, two consecutive days off every other weekend, built-in OT, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Set up, adjust, operate and maintain flexographic press equipment.
• Perform make-ready tasks: mounting plates, installing cylinders, image checks.
• Make color corrections and anilox adjustments to meet quality specs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain the press; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret job specifications; understand press capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the flexographic press to meet production targets.
• Inspect output for color, register and quality; adjust as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and safe operation of press equipment.
• Maintain clean work area and document runs and deviations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to meet schedules and quality standards.
