Job summary

RRD in Oakdale, MN is seeking a press operator for a 12-hour rotating night shift. You will set up, adjust, operate and maintain a Flexographic press, ensuring color accuracy and quality across multiple jobs.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of flexographic printing procedures, materials and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications and determine press usage and materials.
• Skill to perform precise web path adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google).
• Familiarity with maintaining and repairing press equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain Flexographic press equipment.
• Perform make-ready tasks: mounting plates, inspecting cylinders, adjusting paths and tension.
• Make color adjustments and press settings to meet quality specifications.
