Job summary

RRD is seeking a Press Operator 2 for the Flexographic press on the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) in Oakdale, MN. You will set up, adjust, operate, and maintain press equipment to meet quality standards. Eligible for a $2/hr shift differential and higher pay with direct experience.

Candidates should have experience with flexographic procedures, imaging, plate mounting, and color correction. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities to advance based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must set up, adjust, operate, and maintain flexographic press equipment.
• Perform all make-ready tasks including mounting plates and aligning images.
• Make color corrections and adjust anilox to meet quality specs.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press; perform minor repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute make-ready tasks and verify image positioning before run.
• Conduct color matching and anilox adjustment for each job.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
