Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to work with others and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Flexo Team on production floor.
• Promote and ensure safety culture and compliance with SOPs, GMP, Quality.
• Drive improvements to increase throughput, reduce downtime, and reduce waste.
• Act as a change agent for learning new skills and shift changes.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and behavior to Supervisor/Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
