Job summary

You will coordinate with the Production Supervisor to champion a safe, efficient work environment, drive throughput improvements, and manage shift changes and overtime as needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with an associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 to 3 years' experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Change Agent, guiding learning, customer or business needs, and shift changes.
• Promote policy compliance, consistent operations and data integrity.
• Drive safety culture and lead improvements toward a zero-incident environment.
• Lead and monitor safety and action plans to protect employees.
• Operate machines as needed and ensure adherence to specifications and SOPs.
• Provide guidance to the Production Supervisor or Manager regarding performance and behavior.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, waste, and improve throughput.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
