The role requires detailed knowledge of setup, ink mixing, plate installation, and press maintenance, with a focus on consistency in color, quality, and production speed. Forklift operations may be required.

Qualifications

• MUST have proven experience as a Flexographic Printing Operator.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Set up press equipment, including ink mixing and plate installation, ensuring alignment.
• Monitor printing process for color accuracy, quality, and production speed.
• Perform regular quality control checks during runs and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with prepress to ensure files are print-ready.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and best practices.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products.
