Graphic Packaging International is seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to lead safety, quality, and productivity on a wide-web 8-color flexographic press. You will set up, run, and maintain equipment to print on paperboard substrates, and manage ink, color, and print quality to meet customer specs.
The role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, math and color differentiation, plus hands-on press experience in manufacturing.

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will lead your team in safety, quality, and productivity during the production of paperboard packaging. We are looking for a Flexo press operator to set up, run, and maintain a wide-web, 8-color and coating flexographic printing machine to print on various types of substrate paperboard. Key duties include in-process adjustments to press controls, managing ink, and checking print quality.
All work is performed in an indoor, climate and temperature controlled, packaging facility with proximity to heavy and hazardous machinery.
Full-Time
Reports To: Shift Supervisor
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with overtime
Ability to stand for 8-to-12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
