A leading packaging company in Macedonia, Ohio is seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Operator to join their team. The candidate will operate 8 color wide web Flexographic printing presses, ensuring high-quality print production and adhering to safety standards. Qualifications

• MUST HAVE proven experience as a Flexographic Printing Operator in the printing industry.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Set up press equipment, including ink mixing and plate installation.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency in color, quality, and production speed.
• Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the printing run.
• Collaborate with the prepress team to ensure files are correctly prepared for printing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and best practices.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products.
