Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice.
• Experience on a Flexo machine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set-up rails, print, and die cut sections per setup techniques.
• Inspect dies before and after run and repair as needed.
• Monitor box quality for size, warp and print; check rolls for damage.
• Operate machinery to maximize capacity and speed; assist team as needed.
• Complete reports on production data, safety, and quality.
