Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a hands-on team member for its packaging operations in Landisville, PA. The role focuses on setting up Flexo dies, printing, and die-cutting with a strong emphasis on quality control and safety.

You will monitor equipment, assist teammates, and maintain accurate production records in a fast-paced plant. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work overtime including weekends, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience on a Flexo machine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up rails, print, and die cut sections on Flexo per setup techniques.
• Inspect all dies before/after runs to ensure repairs are completed.
• Ensure bolts for cutting dies are secure and tight.
• Monitor box quality and rolls for damage; report issues.
• Operate machinery to maximize capacity and speed.
• Assist operators and other staff with job duties on the line.
• Complete production reports accurately and timely.
