Job summary

PCA in Lithonia, GA is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the 2nd shift. You will set up rails, print, and die cut sections on Flexo, inspect dies before and after runs, and ensure bolts are secure while maximizing equipment utilization. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Overtime on short notice and U.S. work authorization are necessary. Packaging or manufacturing experience and 6 months on a Flexo machine are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up rails, print, and die cut sections on Flexo per setup techniques.
• Inspect dies before and after runs and secure bolts.
• Monitor box quality and rolls for damage; report issues.
• Assist operator and complete production reports accurately and on time.
• Adhere to production schedule and safety policies; participate in safety training.
