Job summary

The Academy is seeking an integral member of the Governance & Assurance team to support the Head of Governance & Assurance, who is also the Trust's Data Protection Officer (DPO), in delivering information governance and data protection functions. The post-holder will contribute to the wider governance agenda and work flexibly within a diverse team.

This role coordinates GDPR activities, supports Academy Data Protection Leads, and ensures statutory compliance, with responsibilities including

• Coordinate and administer GDPR and information governance activities.
• Support Academy Data Protection Leads and ensure statutory compliance.
• Provide compliance reporting, governance information, records management and stakeholder support.
