Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking an In-Store Shopper to support the Customer Service & E-Commerce teams by preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup. You will shop throughout the store for everyday goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires schedule flexibility, including Saturdays and Sundays, early mornings, evenings and holidays. No prior retail experience is required, high school diploma preferred, and eligibility to work 18+.

• Ensure product and order accuracy through verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge and customer service standards to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with age verification for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events; attend leadership meetings.
