Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking an In-Store Shopper to prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup and support the Customer Service & E-Commerce teams.

You will shop throughout the store for everyday goods, including produce, meat, dairy, and prepared foods, with an emphasis on weekend availability and peak hours. The role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts typically 4–8 hours and schedules issued 14 days in advance.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Communicate clearly, collaboratively and courteously.
• Attend all meetings assigned by Leadership, including daily huddles.
