Shoppers need flexibility for peak hours — weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings — with 4–8 hour shifts and strong English communication. Prior retail experience isn't required; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with government regulations such as age verification requirements for restricted items.
