Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking an In-Store Shopper to prepare and fulfill customer orders for delivery or pickup. The role emphasizes flexible weekend hours, early mornings, and holidays, with 4-8 hour shifts across busy periods.

The position requires strong customer service, adaptability to peak hours, and the ability to learn store operations while collaborating with teams. Prior retail experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices
• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups
