Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance or access to reliable transportation.
• Must be certified and in good standing with NBCOT.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to patients to restore their fullest physical ability.
• Follow state laws and the treatment plan defined by the supervising OT.
• Observe, record, and report patient response to treatment to the nurse supervisor and physician.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapy areas within scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home settings and with all client types.
