Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance or access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Must be certified and in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws governing OT in home care and the supervising OT’s plan of care.
• Instruct and assist patients within scope of OTA and state laws.
• Observe and report patient responses and changes to the nurse supervisor and physician.
