Qualifikationen

• Ability to establish a professional classroom presence and maintain appropriate expectations and boundaries.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and facilitate lesson plans across a range of subject areas with limited preparation time.
• Comfort supporting students in advanced and specialized courses without needing to be an expert in every subject.
• Sound judgment, flexibility, dependability, and the ability to respond calmly to changing classroom needs.

• Implement the lesson plans, assignments, and classroom procedures provided by the teacher.
• Take attendance and communicate directions and expectations clearly.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
• Monitor independent and collaborative student work and provide assistance when appropriate.
• Help students remain engaged and accountable for completing assigned work.
• Provide coverage for other school-day responsibilities as assigned.
• Communicate relevant information about completed work, student participation, and concerns requiring faculty follow-up.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrators to support student safety and continuity of learning.
• Model Pingry's Honor Code and hold students to the School's academic and behavioral expectations.
