Job summary

British Swim School is seeking a lively swim instructor to teach lessons to children and adults, starting from 3 months old. You will follow our safe, progressive program and interact with swimmers and parents. Training on our Aquatics program is provided, with a schedule shaped by manager input.

Role emphasizes safety, fun, and growth within a fast-growing, culture-driven team where advancement opportunities exist. No relocation required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a swim instructor required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable in and around water.
• Must know the four swimming strokes.
• Must maintain certifications throughout employment.
• British Swim School Aquatics training provisioned.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons per program standards.
• Supports Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner.
• Maintains certifications during employment.
• Works a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
