Job summary

British Swim School is seeking energetic instructors to teach swimming lessons and promote water safety with a life‑changing mission. You’ll join a fast‑growing, culture‑driven team that values learning, growth, and making a difference for children and families.

Instructors report to the Aquatics Manager and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive, joyful work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or in progress.
• Enthusiastic personality with strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable in and around water; swimming ability is a plus.
• Certifications in Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED preferred but trainable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons following British Swim School standards.
• Report to Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
• Maintain certifications throughout employment.
• Support a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
