Job summary

British Swim School – South Orlando is hiring energetic swim instructors to teach children and adults in our aquatics program, starting at 3 months old, using a gentle, progressive approach. You’ll also engage parents, track progress, and contribute to a culture focused on lifelong water safety.

You’ll follow our unique curriculum, receive comprehensive training, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enthusiastic personality with willingness to learn.
• Comfortable in and around water; strong swimming a plus.
• Must maintain certifications throughout employment.
• Must complete all British Swim School Aquatics training and testing.

Responsibilities

• Reports to and supports the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
• Instructs swimming lessons per British Swim School standards; maintains certifications.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work in water for the duration of the shift; manage moderate to high noise levels.
