Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking flexible Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years settings in Epping/Ongar and Essex. You can choose days that fit around your life, with opportunities across different schools and year groups.

Roles involve supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, and bringing calm and structure to busy classrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
• Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments.
