Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Daily SEN Supply Learning Support Assistant to work across primary, secondary and early years settings in Epping/Ongar and Essex. You’ll support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assist with lesson delivery and help maintain calm, structure and positivity in busy classrooms.

This flexible supply role offers weekly pay, the chance to gain varied experience, and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant to match you with suitable opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day
• Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments
