Qualifications

• CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Experience driving a bus preferred but not required.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and special events.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in transportation.
• Physical ability to assist students with boarding and disembarking.

Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus safely and on schedule.
• Transport students, staff, and passengers to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean bus interior and exterior.
• Communicate transportation schedules and safety protocols.
• Assist in training new drivers as needed.
• Fill in for regular drivers on short notice.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings.
