Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students with communication challenges within schools. You’ll evaluate needs, share findings with families, and collaborate with ARD teams to design targeted interventions that improve participation and access to education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs by conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify therapy needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings clearly to parents and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with ARD committee to enhance student performance and access to education.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise SLP Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with accurate records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for students' programs.

Education

Texas licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist
