Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics invites a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools in Texas. A Master’s degree in the field is required, along with an active Texas license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

You will evaluate needs, communicate findings to families and district staff, and develop evidence-based interventions in partnership with the ARD committee. Deliver therapy, supervise assistants, and track progress to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Needs: conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate Findings: share results with parents and district personnel.
• Develop Interventions: create targeted, evidence-based IEP-aligned therapies with ARD.
• Provide Therapy: deliver services or supervise assistants to meet IEP goals.
• Monitor Progress: maintain records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support Team: participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences.
