The Lakes Home Care in Florida is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will work with patients to diagnose, assess, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across neonatal to geriatric ages.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, providing therapy, collaborating with clinicians and families, and maintaining progress records.

Qualifications

• Experience with patients across multiple age groups.
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to speech-language pathology.
• Ability to work in critical care environments.
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques.
• Strong case management skills.
• Compassionate patient care approach.
• Experience with standardized testing procedures.
• Previous inpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language abilities.
