Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Tampa, FL seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care in private residences and senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy while documenting in FOX’s EMR and maintaining a flexible schedule.

Professional growth is encouraged within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, with occasional telehealth to extend care access and support aging in place for older adults.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
• CCC-SLP credential or eligibility
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR in accordance with standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
