Palmshomecare is expanding its team in Lakeland, Florida, seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy services. Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and an active Florida SLP license, along with home health experience. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Must have an active Florida SLP license.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and OASIS assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia disorders.
• Accurately document visits in accordance with Medicare guidelines.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and compensatory strategies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and care team members.
