Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to empower clients with strength and independence. The role supports independence across Independent Living, Assisted Living, geriatric, and outpatient settings.

You will deliver 1:1 patient care, maintain flexibility in scheduling, and collaborate with a supportive leadership team. The position emphasizes professional growth and autonomy in clinical decisions within a home-health oriented practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in the state of practice.
• ASHA CCC credential.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two-step TB skin test.
• Proof of Auto Insurance.
• At least 1 year of SLP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
