Responsibilities

• Conduct all Full-Serve Shipping and Unpackaged Returns activities with customer engagement.
• Provide strong customer service for shipping needs and carrier pickups.
• Identify customer needs and explain shipping options.
• Maintain the Shipping area for efficient processing and storage.
• Ensure supplies to process Ship and Returns are in stock.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive environment.
• Use basic selling skills to engage and present solutions.
• Be flexible on duties (online pick-ups, cleaning, other tasks).
